Property owners are under pressure to cut carbon and prove it. Our answer is monitoring in real time and reporting that writes itself, with IoT integration that gives precise control of every connected system.

Operational technology

Smart solution for the housing sector

Sensors, controls, dashboards, apps and analytics in one package, built to keep tenants well, cut energy use and show how a building is performing. The sensors and controllers use consumer-grade electronics, so they are affordable, and an ordinary electrician can fit them.

For social and private landlords that means continuous damp, mould, humidity and temperature monitoring across a whole portfolio, a warning before a problem becomes a complaint, and the records Awaab’s Law and the Decent Homes Standard require. It runs on our Halo Smart IoT platform.

Commercial buildings

Building energy management systems that pay for themselves

Our building energy management systems combine Niagara 4 BMS controllers, LoRaWAN sensors and cloud analytics, so HVAC, lighting and metering data is captured once and used everywhere.

That means lower energy bills, fewer reactive call-outs and the compliance evidence that ESG and legislative reporting ask for, on one building or across an estate.

What is a building management system?

A building management system (BMS) is the control system that monitors and runs a building’s mechanical and electrical services: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and metering. A building energy management system (BEMS) adds energy monitoring and analytics on top, so the building can be run on the least energy that still keeps people comfortable.

  • Real-time energy monitoring and sub-metering across sites
  • Open-protocol BMS integration: BACnet, Modbus, MQTT and LoRaWAN
  • Fault detection and diagnostics, with alerts for predictive maintenance
  • ESG and compliance reports produced from one dashboard
  • Wireless sensors for retrofits, installed by a regular electrician
