Our commitment to a greener, safer future
The group’s part in a greener, safer future is to develop smart building technology and get it installed, in the UK and abroad. Buildings designed, operated and maintained with good data use less energy, emit less carbon and do less damage.
The commitment goes beyond individual projects. We want smart building practice to become the normal way to run a building, so that lower-carbon, safer environments are the standard rather than the exception. Our research and our partnerships are how we push that forward.
Supporting a child through Compassion UK
For the past four years TBT Group has sponsored a child in Rwanda through Compassion UK, paying for her education, healthcare and support. Hirwa is now in Primary Year Four and doing well at school. The group is connected with Audacious Church in Manchester. The Christian values we draw from there shape how we do business and how we treat people: with integrity, inclusivity and respect, in every part of the operation.
